Volunteer Patriotic Reserve Force (VPRF) is a disciplined, organised, apolitical and peaceful civilian volunteer initiative of Veterans India. It is designed to transform patriotism into responsible citizenship, leadership, community service and constructive nation-building.
VPRF provides citizens with a structured platform to contribute their time, skills, knowledge, experience and leadership for Bharat through peaceful, lawful and socially responsible activities.
VPRF is not part of the Indian Armed Forces, Central Armed Police Forces, police, Home Guards, security services, intelligence services, emergency services or any government force or authority. It has no military, policing, security, enforcement, investigation, command or statutory authority. The word “Reserve” in the name refers only to a reserve pool of willing civilian volunteers available for authorised Veterans India social, civic and nation-building activities.

Volunteer Patriotic Reserve Force (VPRF) is a peaceful, lawful, civilian and service-oriented volunteer initiative of Veterans India.
VPRF volunteers must never interfere with the lawful authority, command, duties or responsibilities of the Armed Forces, police, Central Armed Police Forces, government agencies, emergency services, local administration or any other authorised public body.
