VETERANS INDIA FUND CONTRIBUTION AND MANAGEMENT
1. Fund Contribution and Management (Regd ) will contribute or donate at their respective District constituency levels only which includes National, State, and District levels team/office bearers.
2. To manage the organisation at different levels to balance the whole organisation “VETERANS INDIA” will open escrow accounts of national body, state body and District body in ratio of 40 : 24 : 36 respectively.
3. It means at DISTRICT constituency levels if total contribution/donation is Rs 100 than it will be automatically distributed in three parts i.e. Rs. 40/- to National body, Rs. 24 to State body and Rs. 36 to District constituency levels body respectively.
4. fund of state bodies will be utilised for balance the DISTRICT levels financial needs and manage the state level body's day to day expenses. Fund of national body will be utilised to balance the state level financial needs and national body's day to day running expenses. There will be proper audit of fund at each level yearly with separate agency.
